Turkey Burger
  1. Cut a large sweet potato into 1" slices, drizzle with avocado oil, s&p and bake at 450 degrees F for approx. 20 minutes (flipping half way)

  2. Roll turkey mixture into 8 small balls & press down into patties once in the pan

  3. Pan fry turkey burgers on medium high heat until brown on both sides & cooked all the way through

  4. Assemble burger! I added @chosenfoods mayo, pickles, red onion, tomatoes & avocado!
