Strawberry Lemonade Pound Cake
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 6-cup bundt pan.

  2. In a bowl, whisk egg, water, lemonade, and melted butter.

  3. Add cake mix and stir until just combined.

  4. Fold in strawberry compote gently.

  5. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 35–40 minutes.

  6. Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack.

  7. Mix glaze ingredients until smooth.

  8. Drizzle over cooled cake and serve.
