Air Freyer Chicken (Amber)

CHICKEN

  1. Take out of their packages and pat dry with paper towels. Lay them in a casserole dish skin side up and salt generously. Put them in the fridge UNCOVERED for 2 hours. Take them out, pat them dry, salt, and refrigerate for another 2 hours uncovered.

  2. Preheat air fryer to 375. Seasoning chicken liberally with shawarma season and a bit of oil. Measure with your heart. You should see the chicken coated in seasoning, not a light sprinkle. Put the chicken in skin side down and air fry for 10 minutes. Flip to skin side up and air fry for another 10 minutes. Turn heat up to 400 for 2 minutes and then remove. Rest for 10 minutes.
