Add the ingredients to a food processor (a part from the chopped chocolate) and blitz.
Pour the mix into a baking tin with parchment paper, add the chocolate chips and give it a stir with a spoon to distribute the chocolate.
Bake in the oven for 35-40 mins 180C.
Leave it to cool down for 20 mins into the tin and leave it on a cooling rack until completely cooled down.
