In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cream cheese, protein powder, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
Whip until smooth and creamy using a hand mixer or whisk.
In each jar, add 1 tbsp graham cracker crumbs (optional).
Spoon the cheesecake mixture evenly into 4–5 jars.
Top with your favorite add-ons: fruit, nut butter, or crushed nuts.
Seal jars and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
