  1. Combine the oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, hempseed, flaxseeds, and crushed walnuts in a pot.

  2. Add the milk and simmer until the oats are cooked and everything is warmed through.

  3. Once slightly cooled, stir in the greek yogurt.

  4. Top with the dried apricots and chopped almonds.
