Basque Cheesecake
  1. Mix Greek yoghurt and eggs until smooth

  2. Add cornstarch and mix until smooth

  3. Transfer mixture to a loaf tin lined with parchment paper

  4. Bake at 200°C for 45-60 minutes (keep an eye on it as every oven is different)

  5. Let cool for 5-10 minutes

  6. Top with blueberries and sugar-free caramel syrup

  7. Serve and enjoy
