Place chicken in the bottom of a 5-6 quart crock pot.
Sprinkle ranch seasoning, gravy mix, garlic powder, and pepper over chicken.
Pour in broth and add beans.
Stir in pepperoncini slices and juice.
Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours until chicken is tender.
Remove, shred, and return chicken to crock pot.
Stir in cubed cream cheese and heavy cream.
Let sit 10 minutes to thicken before serving.
