Flour and casted sugar sift into bowl.
Warm up milk in other bowl add 1 tbs casted sugar salt yeast and couple spoons of flour. Mix well and let it rest.
In sauce pan melt butter and add to the flour, add egg and egg yolk and east mix.
Mix on medium speed in mixer until nice smooth dough.
Let it prove until it double size.
In meanwhile prepare cinnamon paste. Butter room temperature add brown sugar with cinnamon and mix it.
Preheat oven for 180 Celsius fan.
When dough proven place it onto rolling mat. Separate in 14 little buns … roll@them out a little bit add tbs of cinnamon paste and close the adhesive and roll in little bun and repeat with rest of dough.
I use a muffin tray but no need you can just put the on normal tray egg wash all buns.
And bake in oven for 20-25 min. Until nice and golden.
