Instant Ramen Recipe #2
  1. Cook 1 pack of ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet). Drain water and cool while you make your sauce

  2. In a medium heat pan, melt 1 Tbsp butter and 1 Tbsp olive oil. Sauté 1-2 cloves of minced garlic

  3. Once fragrant, add on ½ Tbsp red pepper flakes (less if you don't like heat)

  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes before adding in 1 Tbsp soy sauce

  5. Once it comes to a simmer (should be quick) then add in 1 Tbsp brown sugar

  6. Add in 1 Tbsp water

  7. Stir until everything is combined well and then add in your cooked noodles

  8. Coat your noodles and then push them to the side and add in 1 egg

  9. Cook your egg and then combine everything together before plating it up

  10. Top with green onion and everything but the bagel seasoning (both of these are key ingredients)
