Cook 1 pack of ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet). Drain water and cool while you make your sauce
In a medium heat pan, melt 1 Tbsp butter and 1 Tbsp olive oil. Sauté 1-2 cloves of minced garlic
Once fragrant, add on ½ Tbsp red pepper flakes (less if you don't like heat)
Cook for 1-2 minutes before adding in 1 Tbsp soy sauce
Once it comes to a simmer (should be quick) then add in 1 Tbsp brown sugar
Add in 1 Tbsp water
Stir until everything is combined well and then add in your cooked noodles
Coat your noodles and then push them to the side and add in 1 egg
Cook your egg and then combine everything together before plating it up
Top with green onion and everything but the bagel seasoning (both of these are key ingredients)
