In a bowl, combine cabbage, onion, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
Add salt, jeera, red chilli powder, curry powder and white sesame seeds.
Add besan and rice flour. Mix well. Avoid adding water unless absolutely necessary.
Shape into small flat cutlets.
Deep fry on medium flame until golden brown and crisp.
Remove onto tissue paper and serve hot.
