Gordon Ramsay Yorkshire Pudding Recipe
  1. Begin by adding the flour and salt into a large mixing bowl. Stir the mixture to combine the ingredients evenly.

  2. Then, crack the eggs in the bowl and beat them thoroughly with a whisk until they are well mixed.

  3. After that, slowly add the milk while stirring, creating a smooth, lump-free batter. Once the batter is ready, set it aside to rest for about an hour.

  4. While the batter is resting, pour approximately two teaspoons of vegetable oil into a muffin tin or Yorkshire pudding tin.

  5. Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F). Once the oven reaches the desired temperature, place the oiled tin inside to heat up for about 15 minutes.

  6. After the tins have heated, carefully remove them from the oven using oven mitts. Quickly pour the batter into each section of the tin, filling them about three-quarters full. Avoid filling them to the brim to allow the batter room to rise.

  7. Immediately return the tin to the oven and bake the Yorkshire puddings for about 15 minutes. Avoid opening the oven door during this time to ensure the puddings rise perfectly and develop a golden-brown color and Once the puddings have risen and turned golden brown, remove the tin from the oven. The puddings should have a crisp exterior and a soft interior. Carefully remove them from the tin and serve them hot. Your Yorkshire pudding is ready!
