Preheat oven to 170°C (fan forced). Line a baking tray.
In a bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, and oil (or butter). Mix until a dough forms.
In a separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
With damp hands, roll dough into small balls.
Coat each ball in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Place on tray, leaving a few cm between each cookie (they will spread).
Bake for 12–14 minutes or until lightly golden.
Let cool slightly before moving, they’ll firm up as they sit.
