Sushi Bake
  1. Mix cooked rice with sugar, salt, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, and furikake

  2. Flake the salmon fillet and combine with imitation crab, Kewpie mayo, sriracha, soy sauce, and cream cheese, mix until well combined

  3. Spread a single layer of rice in a baking dish and even it out

  4. Add the salmon and crab filling on top and flatten

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes

  6. Mix mayo with sriracha to make spicy mayo

  7. Top the baked sushi with sriracha, spicy mayo, furikaki, and green onions

  8. Serve and enjoy
