Slice the cabbage as thinly as possible(discard the stem part). Put it in a big bowl, chop the garlic finely and add it on top of the cabbage. Add chili flakes and sesame oil.
Heat up the canola oil over high heat until it’s very hot(about 180C or 356F), pour it over the garlic, add soy sauce and dark vinegar, mix everything well. Enjoy
