1 cup flour
¼ cup ground pistachios
⅓ cup sugar
⅓ tsp salt
1 stick cold butter
¼-½ tsp rosewater
Preheat oven to 325°
Grind ¼ cup pistachios with a blender or food processor and mix with flour
Cut in butter using pastry knives, food processor, etc
Mix in rose water and cold water if using and press into a buttered casserole pan
Bake for 45-50 minutes
Cut into squares while still warm
Cool and serve
