Easy High Protein Bagels
  1. Add the flour, baking powder and salt to a bowl and stir together.

  2. Add the greek yogurt and stir until the dough starts to come together.

  3. Knead the dough into a ball, then sprinkle flour on to your counter and knead the dough for 2-3 minutes until it's smooth. You can sprinkle on extra flour if the dough is too sticky.

  4. Slice the dough into 4 pieces, then roll each one out into a log then form into a circle.

  5. Whisk together the egg and water and brush a light layer onto each bagel. You can leave them plain or dip in everything bagel seasoning.

  6. Line air fryer basket with parchment paper, add the bagels (try not to let them touch).

  7. Air fry at 350F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway so both sides get golden brown. Or bake in the oven at 350F for 30 mins!

  8. Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
