Combine 180g low fat cottage cheese with 10–20g cocoa (adjust to taste)
Add 5ml vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, and 1 tbsp sweetener of choice
Mix in the zest of ½ orange
Fold in 30g dark chocolate or sugar free choc chips
Add a dash of water if needed to reach desired consistency
Let set in the fridge for 10 minutes, but best overnight before serving
