High-Protein Blueberry Cottage Cheese Mousse
  1. Blend the cottage cheese with honey, lemon zest, and lemon juice until smooth.

  2. Remove half of the blended mixture and set aside.

  3. To the remaining mixture, add ⅓ cup of blueberries and blackberries and blend until smooth.

  4. In a serving glass, layer a spoonful of plain mousse, followed by a layer of the berry mousse.

  5. Top with blackberries and garnish with a slice of lemon.
