Sourdough Danishes
  1. Mix all the wet ingredients

  2. Mix in all the dry ingredients to make a smooth dough ball

  3. Let the dough sit for a few hours until more puffy (about 3 hours)

  4. Shape the dough and let it rise for 30 minutes

  5. Make wells in the dough, fill with the cream cheese mixture

  6. Make a crumble topping if desired

  7. Egg wash the dough

  8. Bake at 375°F for about 20 minutes

  9. Let cool before topping with a glaze if desired
