Mix all the wet ingredients
Mix in all the dry ingredients to make a smooth dough ball
Let the dough sit for a few hours until more puffy (about 3 hours)
Shape the dough and let it rise for 30 minutes
Make wells in the dough, fill with the cream cheese mixture
Make a crumble topping if desired
Egg wash the dough
Bake at 375°F for about 20 minutes
Let cool before topping with a glaze if desired
