Berry Soufra
  1. Preheat oven at 400 F;

  2. Brush melted butter on your baking/pie pan; brush butter in the first phyllo sheet and place it on the pan; butter the next phyllo sheet, crinkle it and place it on the pan; repeat for all phyllo sheets; brush remaining butter on top and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until golden;

  3. Beat egg with sugar, vanilla, milk and cream and pour over; tuck berries in between the layers and bake for another 20 minutes;

  4. Dust with powdered sugar, garnish with mint and enjoy!
