  1. Mix the wet ingredients (egg, Greek yoghurt, nut butter, and vanilla extract) together

  2. Add the dry ingredients (flour, sweetener, baking powder, and baking soda) to the wet mixture

  3. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top

  4. Microwave for 1 minute 20 seconds, or until cooked through
