Air Fryer Chicken Leg Quarters
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.

  2. Clean and pat the chicken dry with a paper towel.

  3. Coat the leg quarters with olive oil.

  4. In a small bowl: add salt, onion, garlic, pepper and mix. Then rub all over the chicken.

  5. Place the chicken skin side down in the air fryer basket. (Watch the video reference). Cook for 20 minutes. Then flip, skin side up and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
