Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a bowl, combine garlic, ginger, sesame oil, sweet Thai chili sauce, chili crunch and lime juice. Stir until combined.
Place the salmon in a baking dish and pour the sauce over, making sure it's evenly coated. Let marinate for 20 minutes.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fillets and your preference of cooking time, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from oven and baste the fish with a bit of sauce.
Top with sesame seeds and scallions.
