Carlucci’s Cult-Favorite Tofu Marinade (Balsamic-Soy-Marinated Tofu)

  1. Stir together balsamic vinaigrette, soy sauce, minced garlic, herbs, and sweetener in an airtight container.

  2. Drain and gently squeeze excess water from the tofu, then cut into desired shapes.

  3. Marinate tofu in the mixture for 12–48 hours in the refrigerator.

  4. Preheat oven to 375°F and bake marinated tofu for 30–45 minutes until golden brown.

  5. Reheat leftover tofu by pan-frying, air frying, or microwaving.
