Garlic Parmesan Brazilian Cheese Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin (or standard muffin tin) with non-stick spray or butter.

  2. Add all Brazilian cheese bread ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth—you're aiming for a texture like pancake batter.

  3. Pour or spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.

  4. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until puffed, golden brown, and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  5. While they bake, melt butter in the microwave. Stir in the garlic, parmesan, parsley, salt, Italian seasoning, and pepper.

  6. As soon as the cheese breads come out of the oven, brush each one generously with the warm garlic parmesan butter while they’re still hot.

  7. Let cool just slightly (they’re best warm and glistening with butter). Serve immediately!
