Caribbean Citrus Mahi Mahi With Brown Rice Noodles
  1. Defrost your frozen fish fillets or buy fresh and place them in a skillet.

  2. Drizzle olive oil and the juice of half an orange over them, season them with salt and pepper, and a few shakes of Mrs. Dash.

  3. Pan sear the fish in less than 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  4. Soak brown rice noodles in hot water for about 20 minutes before using.

  5. After removing fish from the skillet, add the brown rice noodles, squeeze the juice of the remaining orange half over them, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with Mrs. Dash, salt, and pepper, and cook for 2 to 4 minutes until slightly browned.
