The Best Chocolate Zucchini Cake (no icing required)
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Add dry ingredients to one bowl, whisk in between each dry ingredient.

  3. Add in oil, milk and vanilla and mix about until about 75% incorporated, then mix in your zucchini to batter.

  4. Spread into a 9x13 glass casserole dish (can grease if preferred but unnecessary).

  5. Bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes.

  6. Serve with ice cream or milk, no icing required.
