Beef & Rice Bowls
  1. Get some rice cooking (my favorite is sushi rice in bone broth)

  2. Heat a big pan then add 1lb of 85/15 ground beef (no oil required). Let it sit until you can flip it then break it up and once it’s almost cooked remove from the pan

  3. Add toasted sesame oil to the pan and a bunch of chopped broccolini. Cook for a minute or 2 then add a few cloves of sliced garlic. Once the broccoli is a bit tender, add 2 heads of chopped bok choy and the beef

  4. Drizzle with tamari, rice vinegar and coconut aminos (about 1-2 tbsp of each)

  5. Serve over rice (I also added a chili seaweed spice)
