Boil your noodles and chicken tortellini in water with plant milk and chicken bouillon.
While that cooks, sauté onions in a little oil with salt and pepper until soft
Add garlic and cook until everything becomes sweet, caramelised and glossy.
Toss the cooked noodles with a splash of the noodle broth through the onions with spring onion and the cheese until creamy. Add more broth if needed to be creamy.
In a bowl, mix the buldak carbonara seasoning with kewpie and a splash of noodle broth until smooth.
Add more broth until desired amount, then add it through the noodles and tortellini.
Finish with onion cheese, spring onion, chives and fried shallots on top.
