Ingredients
In a medium high heat pan, cook down the onion for 10 minutes.
Once they have some color, add the malt and apple cider vinegar.
Add the Ketchup, molasses, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper and the honey.
Mix well and stir in the canned chipotles.
With the heat on medium low, let it bubble away for around 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, push it through a strainer so it isn't chunky.
