Cold Noodle Salad
  1. Mince garlic and ginger in a serving bowl.

  2. Top with lemon juice and salt.

  3. Leave for a minute.

  4. Add the remaining dressing ingredients and mix well.

  5. Cook your noodles, drain and rinse under cold water until completely cool.

  6. Squeeze out any remaining water and add to the bowl along with shredded veg.

  7. Mix well and serve with toppings.
