  1. Place all the ingredients except the cinnamon into a bowl and using your hands, combine thoroughly into a thick paste.

  2. Divide the mix into two, and roll into ball shapes.

  3. Sprinkle the cinnamon onto a plate.

  4. Roll the balls on the plate to get an even coverage of cinnamon.

  5. Consume immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to serve.
