Preheat oven to 350°F. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix 2 tablespoons each brown sugar and Maple Brown Sugar in small bowl. Set aside.
Mix flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda in medium bowl. Set aside.
Beat butter, remaining brown sugar and Maple Brown Sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; beat just until well blended, about 2 minutes. Gradually add flour mixture, beating on low speed after each addition just until combined and dough comes together. Fold in reserved Maple Brown Sugar Mixture, being careful not to overmix.
Scoop cookie dough by the heaping tablespoon-full onto prepared baking sheet, placing about 2-inches apart. Press to flatten slightly. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Cool completely on wire racks.
