Boil potatoes and mash with butter, milk, salt and pepper
Slice pigs in blankets lengthways without cutting fully through
Stuff each pig in blanket with cranberry sauce and Brie cubes
Air fry at 180°C for 10-15 minutes until golden and melty
Fry onions in butter for 10 minutes
Add flour to the onions and mix
Gradually add beef stock while stirring
Add Worcestershire sauce and thyme, simmer for 5 minutes
Serve mash on a plate, top with stuffed pigs in blankets, and pour onion gravy generously over the top
