In a mixing bowl, combine the self-raising flour, Greek yogurt, and a pinch of salt. Mix until the ingredients are well incorporated. The dough should have a soft yet non-sticky texture. If it feels sticky, gradually add a small amount of extra flour to achieve the right consistency.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and shape it into a flat disc. Use a knife or dough cutter to divide the dough into 4 to 6 pieces, depending on the desired size of your naan. Roll each piece out to approximately 5mm thickness.
Place a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once the skillet is hot, add one piece of the rolled-out dough. Allow the naan to cook on the first side for about 3 minutes, until bubbles form and it begins to brown.
Flip the naan over to the other side and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing it to brown and finish cooking. While the naan is still in the pan, lightly brush it with melted butter or olive oil to enhance the flavor.
Remove the naan from the pan and serve immediately. Pair it with your favorite curry, chili, or pasta to enjoy a delightful meal.
