High-protein Bacon Cheddar Breakfast Biscuits
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a baking sheet with avocado oil.

  2. In one bowl, whisk almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, garlic and onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. In another, beat eggs and yogurt.

  4. Fold together with bacon, green onion, and 1 cup of cheddar.

  5. Scoop 8 portions, shape into biscuits, top with the rest of the cheese.

  6. Bake 9–11 min until golden.

  7. Serve with butter, cottage cheese or avocado!
