In a bowl, combine melted butter and dark brown sugar
Whisk until well combined
Add condensed milk and egg yolks
Mix again until well incorporated
Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, and salt)
Add the chopped cashews and fold
Transfer the batter into an 8x8 inch pan
Top with more chopped cashews
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 30 minutes
Cool down completely
Slice into small bars
