Homemade "better For You" Chocolatey Bars
  1. Mix yogurt with PB2 and baking powder.

  2. Drop 6 dollops onto a parchment-lined sheet, flatten, add popsicle sticks if you want.

  3. Freeze for an hour.

  4. Melt coconut oil, stir in cocoa and sweetener.

  5. Dunk or spoon over the frozen yogurt rounds.

  6. Back in the freezer to set.

  7. Let them sit out a few minutes before eating.
