High Protein Berry Yoghurt Bake
  1. Preheat the oven to 180oc

  2. In a bowl, whisk your eggs and add in the yoghurt, flour, honey and mixed berries.

  3. Fold everything together well and transfer to a lined baking dish (I used a loaf pan but 8"x8" would work well).

  4. Top with extra berries and place into the oven for 35 - 40 minutes until golden brown and cooked through

  5. Leave to cool slightly and serve with honey and extra berries
