Fry the onion and pepper until softened, then add the garlic and herbs
Add the diced chicken (cut small so it cooks quickly) and cook through
Stir in the sweetcorn, then add the soft cheese and a handful of cheese. Mix until melted and creamy
Lightly dip your wraps in olive oil, fill with the chicken mix and pack into an oven dish
Top with more cheese and bake at 180°C for around 10 minutes until crispy and golden
For the dip, blend garlic, Greek yoghurt, lime juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and coriander together until smooth
