Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs. Bake as directed.
Cool brownies, crumble, and mix with frosting.
Scoop 1½ tablespoons of mix, insert cherry, roll into ball.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Melt chocolate, dip each ball, let excess drip.
Chill again until firm.
