Olive Garden Zuppa Toscana Soup
  1. In a large pot sauté the sausage for 5–6 minutes until browned; remove and set aside.

  2. Melt butter in the pot and cook onions until translucent; add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  3. Add broth, water, potatoes, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are tender.

  4. Stir in chopped kale and heavy cream; let the broth become creamy.

  5. Add sausage back into the pot; taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

  6. Top with parmesan cheese and/or bacon if desired.
