Butter inside of 5-quart CROCK-POT slow cooker with melted butter. Add apples and lemon juice; toss to combine. Sprinkle apples with brown sugar and ¾ teaspoon five-spice powder; toss again.
Cover; cook on LOW 3½ hours.
Spoon into bowls. Sprinkle cookies over apples. Garnish with whipped cream and additional five-spice powder.
