  1. Pan-fry the tofu slices until golden brown.

  2. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Toss the tofu slices in the sauce.

  4. Put the tofu together with the sauce in a sous vide bag.

  5. Cook for 4 hours at 180F.
