Separate the egg whites from the yolks into two different bowls.
Whip the egg whites and salt until very stiff.
Mix the egg yolks and the cream cheese and add psyllium husk powder and baking powder.
Gently fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mix.
Place dollops of the mixture on a parchment paper-lined baking tray and spread them out.
Bake at 300°F (150°C) for about 25 minutes until golden.
