Make Batter

  1. Combine all ingredients. Add water, 1 Tbsp at a time, until batter is consistency of Greek yogurt.

Fry Vegetables

  1. Heat oil to 375°.

  2. Dip vegetables in batter. Fry in batches until golden brown, about 30 seconds per side.

  3. Drain on paper towels.

Make Ranch

  1. Combine all ingredients except whey or buttermilk. Stir until blended.

  2. Add whey or buttermilk to reach desired consistency.

  3. Store in refrigerator.
