Stir in the minced garlic and olive oil.
Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with olive oil.
Pour a ladleful of the batter into the hot skillet and spread it into a thin, even layer.
Cook the flatbread for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface and the edges start to set.
Flip the flatbread and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes until golden and crispy.
Remove from the skillet and repeat with the remaining batter.
