Warm milk, honey, and butter until about 35 degrees (body temperature) with butter just melting
Add 6g fast action yeast and let it bloom for 10 minutes
Mix together 350g flour and 6g salt
Add the milk mixture to the flour mixture and knead for 10 minutes
Rest the dough for 1 hour
Roll and cut the dough
Rest for another hour
Pan fry dry on medium heat for 6 minutes each side
