In a large microwave-safe bowl, microwave the cream cheese for 10 seconds. Add the sugar and vanilla extract, then combine until the mixture looks like frosting.
Slowly mix in the heavy cream and milk until fully combined and sugar is dissolved.
Pour the base into an empty CREAMi® Breeze™ Pint. Freeze for 24 hours.
Remove the pint from the freezer, create a hole at the center, add chocolate chips, and process using the MIX-IN program.
Serve immediately.
